What this practice is about:

The EDA Method is a simple structure I use in my work:
Energy — reconnect to your life force and internal alignment.Decision — choose what matters now.Action — move with clarity and direction.
This practice takes about 15 minutes.You don’t need anything special — just a quiet space and your attention.

How to prepare

Find a quiet space where no one needs you for the next 20 minutes.

Wear something comfortable.
Sit in a way that feels natural for your body — on a chair, on the floor, cross-legged, or however you prefer. Keep your spine relaxed but upright.

Place both feet on the ground if you’re on a chair, or let your body feel supported if you’re seated on the floor.

You can close your eyes during the practice. If you have an eye mask or something that helps you turn inward, you’re welcome to use it.

Silence notifications.
Let this time be fully yours.

After the practice

Take a few minutes to write down:
What do I want to create or move forward in the next 30–60 days?
Be specific.Choose something meaningful and achievable within that time frame.
Notice how your body feels when you think about it.That feeling matters.
